Signatures must be collected in person. Only registered voters in Lancaster County are eligible to sign the petition. You are only able to sign one time.

Volunteer
Are you interested in helping advance stable, sufficient, secure funding for Libraries? We can use your help. Let us know your interest by showing up at a petition signature location and complete a volunteer interest card. Volunteer opportunities include staffing outreach booths at fairs and events like National Night Out, manning tables to collect signatures at a Library, helping to distribute supplies for special events, and being a Library advocate at a polling place on November 3rd are among the volunteer opportunities.
Donate
Your financial investment in helping public Libraries in Lancaster County build a strong foundation on which services can thrive is greatly appreciated. Contributions will be used for informational materials like printing flyers, public relations activities related to outreach events like National Night Out, and other administrative costs like website hosting and notary fees.
Please note: donations to the Vote Yes 4 Libraries PAC are different than donations to a typical charitable organization. Donations are not considered charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. Contributions to the Vote Yes 4 Libraries PAC are voluntary. The Vote Yes 4 Libraries PAC is in support of the ballot measure represented on this website.
Vote Yes 4 Libraries does not make contributions to, or coordinate expenditures, on behalf of candidates or political committees controlled by political parties. At the close of the campaign to secure stable, sufficient, secure funding for Lancaster County’s public Libraries, any remaining funds will be distributed among public Libraries in Lancaster County prior to closing the PAC. The law requires political action committees to collect and report details about donations received. For contributions $10 and over, depending on the amount of contribution, the campaign finance report may include the donor’s name, mailing address, occupation, name of employer, and date of contribution. Finance reports are retained for 5 years by the PAC and the County Board of Elections.
